1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the 456db website, downloading the 456db app, registering an account, or placing any bet or wager on the 456db platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full and that you agree to be bound by them. These Terms and Conditions form a legally binding agreement between you and 456db.

2 Eligibility

3 Account Registration

Each individual is permitted to hold one 456db account only. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, the same mobile number, or the same payment method — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 456db will close all but the original account and void any bonuses or winnings associated with the duplicate accounts.

When registering your 456db account, you must provide accurate and complete information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, mobile number, and any other information requested during the registration process. Providing false information is a breach of these Terms and Conditions and may result in immediate account closure.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your 456db account credentials. You must not share your password with any other person. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorization, you must contact 456db support immediately. 456db is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized account access where the player has failed to maintain adequate account security.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

456db accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. All deposits must be made from a mobile wallet account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted and will be returned to the source account where possible.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

456db offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated in the relevant promotion, in addition to these general Terms and Conditions. Where there is a conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms and Conditions, the promotion's specific terms take precedence.

All bonuses on 456db are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement for each promotion is clearly stated in the promotion details. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds or bonus-derived winnings before the wagering requirement has been met will result in the bonus and associated winnings being removed from your account.

• Bonuses are credited to your 456db account balance and are available for use on eligible games only.
• 456db reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash outside of the wagering process.
• Players found to be abusing the bonus system — including through the use of multiple accounts or coordinated betting patterns — will have their bonuses voided and their accounts reviewed.

6 Game Rules and Fair Play

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 456db's total liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. 456db is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special losses arising from use of the platform.

456db is not responsible for any losses arising from a player's failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions, including losses arising from unauthorized account access resulting from the player's failure to maintain account security.

11 Changes to Terms and Conditions
